Nice Bolskan denarius. Not much is known about them, except that Bolskan was a quasi-autonomous city-state that existed for a while in the fringe of the Roman Republic before they butted heads with the ol' SPQR, got their butts handed to them, and the city was re-founded as Osca. I think it was near a silver mine, because Bolskan denarii are some of the most common Celtiberian coins.
