@SR, first welcome to CCF. Second, when you say "flaws" are you talking about mint errors (I don't see any in these pics) or are you asking if this cent has circulation wear (it does)?

I can't see any errors from the picture, but it definitely looks to have been cleaned at some point.

Your coin has been cleaned at some point, it's worth ~5 cents as a bulk wheat coin retail.
