Opinion on grade and price please? The white spots are on the scan, the coin doesn't have any spots.

Hi Shatsi

I see the coin as a solid F-12, be sure and check this date for the 8 over 7 overdate,, the coin without the over date 20 to 25.00

with the overdate, 45 to 55.00 in this grade.

I see this coin as an F12 also. I'd put the market value in the $20-25 range.
