The penny is not in very good shape but the date looks like it has doubling. I'm not sure about liberty.

I see Mechanical Doubling as well. that photo of Liberty looks like the mint filed in-between poorly, but that could just be the lighting. Nice spot though!

Your cent is MD. If the doubling you're seeing on any coin is flat and looks shelflike then it is MD. If the doubling you're seeing is rounded at the tops with splits in the serifs then you have a Doubled Die.
