Is this considered a crack or break on his head or are they the same thing? The reverse has die cracks as well

Looks like a Retained Interior Die Break on his head. Pretty common on the 1950's Lincoln Wheat Cents, as they overused the dies way past their normal retirement.

The E of STATES looks like it has a die chip, but not sure what is going on with the T of CENT.

definitely a interior die crack. obverse looks like die chips. good find!
