I'm in the process of filling out folders for the modern coin serieses, and I'm pretty much done with all the D mint coins but have very few P mints filled out, especially in the 2000-2019 range. I assume this is because I'm much closer to the Denver mint and not many Philadelphia minted coins have found their way over here. Does anyone else notice this, and is similar but the opposite on the east coast?

On that note, if there's anyone on the east coast with this problem I'd be willing to fill a USPS small flat rate box with as many rolls as you want in return for the same. Might help speed up the search since I don't have time for tons of roll hunting anymore.

HI Wyvern_64 welcome to the forum.

I'm in Florida and it's the same issue here really although I get the Ds from tourists. I'd think you'd have better hunts by getting rolls around your tourist area banks.. I dunno maybe near magic mountain or disney. I get spring break and the beaches are everywhere and then ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach ect. Lots of tourists so Ds havent been much of an issue except for a delay for the newest year coins and of course 2009s.I have most all Ds until I go back to wheat cents or silver besides the 2009s cent dime nickel Ds and I'm confident I'll get the 2019s at some point they will turn up, so will my 2009s, I just haven't been hunting those lately with quarters being my focus.
Places without a lot of tourist probably have it rougher than I do for sure.
Rest in Peace

That's clever, going to where the most tourists will be. Might try that. Thanks!

Yeah, perhaps a bank near a convention center, or sport center, airport, something near you that generates lots of people and tourists and that pocket change that gets turned in gets more variable from out of stater, or people that travel.

I envy you though, you have an easier time for S mint marks than I do for sure.

Yup. If not for visiting family from California I might not ever get D mint coins.
