It weighs 3.3 grams, diameter about 18 mm. No obvious casting marks on the edge, but it looks off, plus the inscription does not match any that I have seen. I would like a a second opinion.

I have no stake in this item.

Fabric does look a bit suspicious but it matches up to the real deal - it is a rather rare depiction of Nero, however:
