It might be large enough to constitute an interior die break (IDB). Unfortunately, cuds-on-coins has this statement at the bottom of their IDB page for the ATB Quarters:
Note: We no-longer list die chips unless it is a[n] unusual die chip.


It might be unusual enough to snag a listing, especially if there is a die progression for this one. It seems similar enough to the Cumberland, Kisatchie, and Shawnee IDBs, so it might be worth submitting the photos.
