My take on the coin was it has a strong strike to the lower portion of the obverse the jewels and ribbons running from the kings shoulder are very well developed however the top portion is still weak around the crown. It's fairly clear of bag marks and the ones it has are somewhat minor and not at all distracting. I believe it's got a great shot at MS64 and I've also seen MS65 coins less attractive.
