I bought 4 silver proof sets and this one was in one of them. I don't really want to take it out of the hard plastic but I'm having trouble with the reflection. Is this doubling or just reflection.

Proofs often show evidence of doubling because they are struck twice during the minting process.

I see Machine Doubling. Since Proof coins are struck twice, it doubles the chances of Machine Doubling to happen.

Is that Machine Doubling on the "B" and "L" in liberty? It doesn't seem to reduce the device to me.It's most apparent in the fist photo.

On close ups shots you only need one light. I see your using two. A diffused light source is better. Proof glare easily with un un-protected light source by creating glare and giving white color reflections. But not seeing enlarged devices like would expect to see on a doubled die.
