Odd Marking On 1983-D Penny - Coin Community Forum

TimHawks New Member United States 11 Posts	Posted 07/28/2019 2:46 pm I have a 1983 mint mark D penny and under liberty there's a flaw so I was wondering if I should get it checked out or would I be wasting my time.
