I came across this coin in a lot that I bought. I have never seen an error where a dye crack was all the way around and double denticles almost all the way around the coin. triple in one spot. Can someone shed some light?

Welcome, sounds interesting, can you provide a couple more photo's, ideally not at an angle and some with a closeup of the interesting points.

they are raised cracks not scratches. The other denticles are much smaller than the normal denticles.

Interesting, what does the reverse look like? I'm not sure what is going on, but someone here probably knows something. Looking forward to seeing how this conversation unfolds.

Scratches in my opinion, I think someone took a pin or nail and went around the entirety of the inside of the denticles for something to do, it skipped a couple times

To experiment take a coin with denticles and a nail and give a try see if you can duplicate it

The scratches could be from a hand-held coin roll crimper.
