Your coin is Aurelian, the reverse is FORTVNA REDVX RIC 128.

That damage is old - the metal crystallises and weakens over time, so a coin hit by a shovel (or plough) tends to snap. if the damage happened long ago, the metal is more likely to bend and flow. This damage occupies the middle ground - perhaps a medieval farmer ran over it ploughing his field and never even knew about it.

Do such damages lower the value by perhaps 80%?
