HI I Need Help With A 1982 Small Date Penny Possible Floating Mint Mark

JayCat New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 07/30/2019 5:19 pm My 1982 small date penny seems to have had some time of error from minting process but I'm not sure. It seems to have a floating mint mark on obverse side in his hairline. As well as missing letters in "states" on reverse. I notice it also has circular lines and also is a smidge off center.
