I have bought and sold a lot of Commemoratives over the decades and I can usually get awfully close to the current grade identification. I would never ask someone to spend money for anything other than coins. But I hope you will understand that making purchase decisions based on uncertain grades (at least from me) isn't a great idea. You may not be doing so, but if you are, that caveat is appropriate. Report this Post to the Staff
