Can anyone give me information if this has ever been seen before. I cant find anything about a coin having green eyes

to CCF. It is a stain of some sort,not a mint error.Might be verdigre,but I don't know if that can happen on a SAC dollar.

It would not be normal and the mint didn't and wouldn't have done it. My guess would be that somewhere along the way someone colored the eyes with paint or something.

It's not photo shopped and it also ain't painted on you can only see it up to the light and having it turned a certain angle.

Perhaps residue from nail polish or paint that was 'cleaned off" ?
