I found this 1975 coin in my change and it appears to have part of an extra Y above liberty. I haven't been able to find anything matching this online. Is this an error or post mint damage?

The shadows make it appear to be recessed, not raised. If so, its probably just mark caused by a hit to the coin. PMD

Is that area actually recessed, or is it raised?
