These pics aren't the best, but I'd grade both about 63 RB. What is that dark area between E and PLUR... on the reverse of the '09 VDB?

Both MS, but it's tough to nail a numerical grade from those photos. But since Frog is NEVER wrong, ill agree with him

My guesses are this, the first is 64RD, the second 63RB.

1909 VDB 63RB possibly/maybe full RD hard to tell from these photos.

Beautiful coins. I think lower MS on the 1938 (I'd say 62, but I know that's a taboo number for some). I may put the 1909 as high as 64, but would be comfortable at 63.
