thanks tunnioc, quick question though, wouldn't Dryer Coins (not joking here by the way) shrink in diameter due to the constant tumbling? I measured this coin and it perfect all the way around

It depends on where in the dryer the coin is stuck and for how long.

@ctt, yes most likely a Dryer Coin. Many have wider rims, but your seems to have had the rim wrapped around onto the faces into the inscriptions.
