LWC With The Same Eyebrow Markings, What Causes This?

As I've been going through my rolls and searching dates on PCGS, I see a similar marking on the eyebrow. Almost like claw marks, what would cause this? The image is a coin off of PCGS.

possibly improper filing of the die if they are identical. there could have been an issue that they attempted to correct. This would cause identical markings on different coins.

The pic you posted shows circulation wear but that cent looks to be a 1955 D DDO-001. Notice the doubled eye?

The marks on the eye brow are contact marks. The hub doubling is on the eye and date areas.
