I can't find a reference on variety vista but it looks doubled to me?

I believe it's from the master die. It's not worth saving IMO. But if you won't to, go for it! WMDO-001 I think:

It may not have a premium but I haven't seen it on any of my other 1944 quarters & this is the first recognizable DDO I've ever found so I'll be keeping it! Take that Helen Keller!
