It would be nice as a hole filler in an album. But to be graded, it would cost more than you would ever get back for the coin. I find it hard to spend 15-50 dollars for a coin that would possibly bring back a dollar, graded. When I buy a graded coin, do I pay more because it is graded? No. It is just book price for that coin. Only if you have a super high grade coin, would I ever have a coin graded. I figure $100+ value before I would have it graded.

I'd say it's in AU condition. I can see some circulation wear and rub on the obverse.

The rim has a chip on the reverse above America too. Like coop said, you'll lose money having it graded. I agree with him that a coin would need to bring at least $100 for me to spend the money to have it graded.
