Hey everyone, while looking through my susie B's I noticed this 1999 with a very narrow rim on the obverse by the date, and a very wide rim on the top. Here are some pics:

What's the reverse look like? I've seen this a lot on Lincoln Cents, something about the dies being offset,it's got a name but I can't remember what it is, (old age setting in).

if the reverse is normal its a mis-aligned die.
if the reverse is off then its a slightly off-center strike.

ive never seen a misaligned die on a SBA before and ive seen hundreds of them at he bank I work at, I think a dealer wouldnt buy it but theirs a good chance someone on ebay would for at least a few dollars over face
