Can probably take a better photo but does this look like doubling on 'One Cent" or MD Thank you.

Called Longacre doubling (after the designer of the Indian Head cent).

I would leave it as Longacre Doubling because "shelf doubling" is also used to describe Mechanical Doubling and the two are NOT the same thing, even though superficially they do resemble each other.
