While I agree with a 64 numerical grade, the eye appeal is very low at 2/10. This is going to be a tough coin to sell for anything but a bargain price. Report this Post to the Staff

That said - no obvious signs of wear so MS something. Concur with the comments on eye appeal - the splotchy toning limits the population of collectors who would enjoy such an example and hopefully resulted in a reduced cost upon your acquisition.
