Using the eyeball method, looks like Machine Doubling to me or maybe a well placed hit.

Machine doubling. Notice how the "doubled" portion cuts into and actually reduces the size of the barrel.

Machine Doubling is usually always on the outside edges of devices. Hub doubling (doubled dies) most often are affected showing a spread on the center of the devices, or notching in the corners of the devices making them larger.
