Might I add that if the doubling is slightly different on the second one you found, that may be a different die? I can't say for sure with these angled pics. There is now a 2015-D, 2018-D, and 2019-D doubled ear, the odds of there being two for 2019-D aren't as low anymore. You should look for die markers and compare the two coins, try to find evidence to prove whether they were struck from the same die or not.
