I highly doubt that. Probably just damaged.

That area looks raised to me but I don't k ow if it's a DDR or not! Hoping more members will chime in beside me and EV!

Or a die scratch. Hard to say. Die scratches often appear above or below the Memorial bays, but these areas are the first areas there die scratches tend to flatten more quickly. Scratches near or inside of devices are the last areas where die scratches fade very slowly. Out in the open water of the fields, they tend to go away a lot quicker from the dies trying to move metal around during the strike.
