Can it make this banknote more expensive? Like star.
Have you ever seen it on other type bills?

After 1910, Star notes (replacement notes) are more valuable.

Right. This symbol was used before block numbers were needed. The very fist series of this note, for example, employed this device at both ends of the serial number.
