2019 Lowell Quarter Die Chips?

Those are the best photos I have seen to date showing the comparison of your coin to a standard coin.

At first I thought the did, but after re-examining the close up pictures of the top of the head I would say that no they are from two different dies. The key is where the die crack runs up into the upper hair bun. The upper bun looks like several "segments" On the Coin 2 picture the die crack come up out of the head into the second segment of the bun. In the picture of Coin 1 with eh die chip/break, the break covers the end of first segment of the bun and the crack contines on up through the first segment. BUT there is no crack coming up in the second segment. A later stage of Coin 2 might have developed a crack running from the original crack into the first segment, but the crack into the second segment would not have disappeared. No I would say two different dies. (Since dies have the same designs they tend to develop stress in the same areas. Similar cracks in the same places are not unusual, but the cracks will not be identical.)
