The obverse of this coin is concave and the reverse is the opposite. It's hard to see with the pics but it's very obvious in your hand. I considered the chance of PSD or PMD but it just doesn't seem to be likely after carefully examining it. Especially with the large die chip in the sunken area, makes me assume it happened during the strike. Opinions please?

If it is PSD, how could that die chip in the sunken area still be there?
