Looks like Machine Doubling to me. I don't think it's a DDR.

I need to see if other areas are showing Machine Doubling on either side. Note the direction from the back of the neck area, and take some other images on that side of the other devices. ( Machine Doubling will usually be in single direction, or they could be in multiple directions. So if you could take images of the other devices in the same direction on the coin, then we could see more if it is MD or hub doubling. So far I'm not seeing hub doubling, thus the request for more images. Often the doubling is raised off the field as an enlarging of the devices.
