I cannot seem to find any information on this penny is it rare is it a human custom make (it is pretty perfect in how it lines up so I find this extremely unlikely) ease help

If it is a copper plated zinc cent that has its copper plating, but has a flat side that shows the zinc core, it is post strike damage. The planchets was copper plated before they are struck so if you had a straight clip planchet that flat edge would have been plated as well. Something created that flat zinc edge after the plating. There is nothing in the processes between the plating and the striking that would create this flat edge, so it must have happened after the strike.
