I'm going to go with MS-64 on this one. A few marks on neck and by the eye, plus one out in front of the mouth / chin area.

I'll have to see about getting it CAC'd. My shop doesn't get stuff CAC'd but maybe golden eagle up the street does. It's solid for a 65, but not near a 66. Out of all the 65's I've seen, this is one of the nicest.

On the first coin, there's a light fingerprint mark on the obverse. The oil probably came from the grader, when handling and grading it. Overall, still a very nice coin!
