The one coin you show is a large date but both photos are of the same coin

Both images (same coin) are large dates. Note the bottom of the '7'. It is below the '0' on the date. Several things to look at for these, but this is the first thing I notice. Save these images, then you will have a reference for your educational files. If you are searching on ebay, you can use a business card on the images on the screen and see if they are large or small dates: The large and small dates are entirely different dies for that year and only on the San Francisco Cents (both can be found, but the small dates are the premium coin)

Obviously two different coins with the same large date! Good luck on future finds!

Look at Coops comment, he gave a very detailed explanation what to look for. I'd save he's pictures for future reference. Since you're new, it might be difficult to differentiate between the two, but once you learn more, you'll be able to tell at first glance. Large and small dates are quite different once you know what to look for. Keep hunting and asking questions!
Cheers
Evan

Kentheboss , I am sure that you have two coins in question but if you look at the original two photos that you posted you will see that they are the same coin with the same post mint damage . Scratches are in the same spots , coin is positioned on the background the same. Not a big deal. I have uploaded the same pic before. I just wanted to make sure your question was answered for both coins

SIDE NOTE...
Pictures uploaded with the same name will change the old upload.
So, make sure each picture has a different name.
This has happened to me.
