I agree with the upper comments about the grade. Might be worth 15 to 20 cents, if you can get someone to take it. Not exactly sure on the price, but it's worth a little more than face value.

Damaged common date. It's worth a few cents, but most LWC collectors have bags of stuff like this they sell for $3 per hundred.
