It is worth keeping if it has some sentimental value to you or you like old cents. It is not rare & worth about a quarter but a nice looking coin.

I would put it on my box of wheat pennies but its probably not worth much.

For the most part, except for the famous 1955 DDO, none of the everyday circulated Wheat cents after 1940 are worth very much.

When posting photos of coins in the future try to take pics of the whole coin obverse and reverse .
