No it is not. It is too high by about 300%

This coin has sold at UK auctions in 2019 for 200-260 GBP, and has sold in US auctions for $280-360.

With gold at 1500, the coin has about 353 USD worth of gold (.2355 AGW). Add about 25 bucks or so for retail value.

In the timeframe of the auctions I mention, gold price was lower, about $1300, so bullion value was around $306. It is certain that some sellers in these auctions did not even recover the bullion value of these coins. (Buyers, on the other hand, paid slightly more than bullion value due to the auction fees).

But yes, these coins sell around bullion value.
