I've seen paint transfer on Canadian poppy quarters that had just come out of a roll - it looked as if the Queen was blushing! But I seem to remember that it wiped off pretty easily!

Highly unlikely to be verdigris on such a new coin,
besides the (copper 92%, aluminium 6%, and nickel 2%) alloy from which they are made is one of the most corrosion resistant copper alloys.
That is one of the main the reasons why this alloy was was chosen.
