Can see some minor scratches in the fields on reverse so MS65. Is the luster as good as it seems?

I sense it's been handled slightly, so I'll say AU-58. In any event, I'd hate to pay a grading fee on this - you would need a 65 to justify it, which is a long shot.

MS64 retails for $120 so I don't know if it has to come back at 65 to make it worthwhile. Anyhow, the seller cancelled the sale because he says he can't locate the coin.

TPG 64 may retail for $120, but you get less however you sell it. I think you're better off without this one.

I agree it has seen a brief period of circulation . AU-58, don't feel bad losing this one .

Photos a little out of focus so can't tell if there is rub on the high points. I'll wait for you to post photos when the coin is in hand.
