Not perfect but a beauty from my album tell me what you guys think of this one grade wise. Is it patchy luster that I see or is it artificial possibly whizzed. The collective knowledge on this site is insane thank you everyone.

Pleasant coin no problems, with some residual luster in the lettering.

I agree: in the
AU50-55 range.

A true challenge for all of us collective knowledge 'experts' is judging coins authenticity/grade/surfaces by photograph.

Authenticity and grade are not that difficult given a few reasonable photos are provided - as you have done here.

Your 1916 Dime is authentic and grades in the mid-AU range - this is easy to distinguish from an obvious Chinese counterfeit and say VG coin.

Surfaces are the true problem in offering views on coins by photograph - lacking truly professional photographs none of us can judge the surface condition of coins that are generally posted by members with photos such as yours.

You've seen so for yourself with the opinions already posted -

Best bet is to learn to judge the surfaces yourself.

Hope that helps

Tough call. Mox makes a good point. Doesn't looked dipped to me, but I'll lower my grade to EF-45 straight.

AU Details Cleaned - the coin has patchy luster in the protected areas and some of the protected are dull that appear to have been caused by cleaning.
