This is my 3rd 1936 I've submitted and is different from the others. The doubling looks more like what I saw on variety vista but still not exact. Can I have your opinion please?

It's Machine Doubling, since the size of the devices are reduced.

Are you aware of the site..VarietyVista.com...When you have coins and questions about DDO / DDRs check their listing, and start off comparing location of your coins mint mark against known listings. Your date shows classic and STRONG Machine Doubling. Keep and use as reference to future finds. That MD look can show up on all devices of a coin, but not all at the same time.....good luck
