Just going by past auctions, it appears you'd need a 66. (100.+)

Apparent scratch in right obverse field really hurts this coin.

I think it would be around ms64/65, looks like it might have full bands though, I think you are right on the cusp of it being worth it. Do you like to gamble?

FT designation requires not only horizontal bands but vertical line separation without impingement. I'm not sure the lower horizontal band does not have impingement based on these photos. I don't think it makes 67.

strike is a little weak especially the reverse which imo holds it to MS65
