LWC 1948 Retained Cud

Found this in a bank wrapped roll. Wanted to get it posted quickly so I didn't use my better camera set up. The Retained Cud is on the obverse. Reverse shows a very faint hint of a lamination peel crossing diagonally, SE to NW--shows when light is just right.

I don't think it's a Retained Cud. I lean towards lamination flaw.

Looks like a Retained Lamination error to me.
