Hi is this a "spitting eagle" and any ideas around what grade it would be ?

Second picture is different lighting (in plastic slab)

Au55 in the first two, not sure what is going on near the arrows in the last one but hopefully its just the plastic

Thank you , yes the last picture was taken at night and it had a plastic sleeve on it (and a smug of some tape by the wing but it's on the ou side )

I took it because I wasn't sure if that was the "spit" (not really a collector , it was my grandfathers)

Not sure I'd go AU. First 2 photos pretty grey and hard to tell if luster is there or just glint off the plastic on third pic. Just my opinion but lean toward XF without seeing the coin in correct lighting.
