Just got this over the week-end.
I am not an novice when it comes to these. I do not know if it is worth sending off to be graded. Also I do not know the variety. Any help is grade or variety would be greatly appreciated.

On a good day someone might give it a 65 so you're looking at a value of ~600- 1000+ for a brown coin between 64-65. Can't see it go lower than 64 really. Purchase price of your raw coin + certification costs + shipping should be lower than the prices I stated. If yes get it slabbed.

The tippy tops of the obverse design elements APPEAR to have rub, but it's only the slightest bit of moderate strike, especially considering the BEASTLY strong strike on the reverse.

Note that the field centers at left and right of bust are undisturbed, indicating mint state.

MS-64. Eye Appeal 9/10.

If you haven't submitted it yet, do so with your next batch of submissions. Please NGC or PCGS, not ANACS for this one. ANACS copper gets no respect.

Beautiful coin. I love these large cents, especially the coronet cents.

Looks like it's in a 2x2 which makes grading tougher.

Sorry guys, just don't see this as MS. Side bet with moxking for $5 if it comes back MS straight.

Beauty! Definitely mid-MS reverse. Obverse is tough to grade by the photos. If I had to guess it spent time in some sort of album and got a little bit of rub on the one side?
