So when I saw this advertised months ago, I really fell in love with the design. Even though the price is typical US Mint inflated, I still really wanted to get it. In hands it is absolutely gorgeous And with silver prices on the rise I think in time it will definitely reach in value the price I paid for it.
Please disregard the black lint on the pics. It came from the little velvet cover that it came with. It's on the outside of the holder. The medal is flawless. I'm so glad the went with the full Eagle design for the Reverse instead of the giant eagle head that was originally put out there.
2019 P American Liberty Medal.

Do you have any of the other silver medals? I am still considering getting this one since I have 2016 and 2017. Its being 2.5 ounces is bothering me less and less.

Yes, I have the 2016 which is another gorgeous design IMO. Yes the 2.5 oz makes for a good sized piece. They also didn't skimp with the wooden display and packaging either.

The display looks like the one used for the 2017 Philly proof silver medal, which I have. If the boxes are indeed the same it would make for a nice set and that is why I am leaning into getting this one.

For the record, I have both uncirculated 2016 silver medals (S and W), the aforementioned 2017-P Proof, and the four silver medal set (P Reverse Proof, S Proof, W Enhanced Uncirculated, and D uncirculated).

I do like them all.

Very nice. It's a really cool series. I also bought both S&W 2016s.
2017 was a bad year for me so I held off on buying that year. I wish I could afford the Gold but the silvers are pretty too!

Still toying with this one. The weird hair that looks almost pasted on in the mint renderings looks much better in your photos, Papadoc75.

Thanks CelticKnot! The hair actually stands out nicely. Overall far better looking in hand than in photos.

I too purchased the 2019 Liberty, and here's what I received. In the process of replacement.

Yikes. Why would they even ship that out? Hopefully the replacement has no issues.

Same here. No gold for me, but I like silver better anyway.
