It also doesn't appear to be a proof coin. S mint mark coins were also released into circulation as business strikes. This appears to be one of those. Value is 1¢.

Not a proof coin: There were business strike coins that year/mint along with proof coins. As already mentioned the master hub so swelling outwards that year, the devices were ending on the rim of the coins. This issue was addressed the Following year with a new master hub. Also as mentioned Machine Doubling is present on this years coins that ended in 1972 when a new amount of pressure was added to the strike in 1973. (thus the taller rims) But your coin was just a several events that happened that year, did on the strike of your coin. No premium for this though.
