Just bought this coin and upon receiving it looks like it was cleaned. Didn't look that way on the pictures. Would like to hear opinions from more experienced users. Grade opinions would be nice too. Scans aren't of the best quality, but should suffice for inspection

The surface color looks a bit off. My guess looking at these photos is that it was cleaned at some point. I'm not seeing the toning that would naturally occur on a silver coin over time, especially a circulated one. Grade, EF-45 details, cleaned

It's pinkish colour had me worried. Would you think its value went down much because of it? Now I am thinking I overpaid for it, considering returning it

If you can return it I would. There are plenty of original surface coins out there for probably the same price you paid no matter what that was.
