MS-63. Eye Appeal 5/10. I'm not altogether certain that this hasn't been dipped. Luster range lacking in field centers.

I think it's a slider, but give it MS-60 because the friction isn't too bad.

unfortunately when it arrived it is very evident that it is polished.... very shiny and no white to it.... polished is sometimes the hardest thing for me to see in a picture if it is not to the extreme, and they use that "gold" lighting... anything that can help me see that?

I would not have guessed polished from the seller's pics. Perhaps lightly dipped due the the muted luster. Can you post new photos?

Not a great picture, still learning how to photo coins with an iPhone, but the face is the shiniest part ...sorry it is sideways too.... not sure how to solve that?  Edited by mrulon

it actually has a nice double cartwheel, but no white color when tilted almost a mirror finish on the cheeks

I can do a -63.
Looks like most/all of the scratches are bag marks.
